Last weekend, 16,17,18 March Z-Yachting was present at the twelfth edition of Second Place in Gent, Belgium.
Second Place is an exhibition for real estate agencies all around the world and there are more than 100 stands. This year there were more than 250 exhibitors who offered properties for 25 countries of interest, mainly Spain was represented.
Our presence at Second Place was a success as there was a record number of visitors this year, in total 5.110 visitors.

Construction in Los Lagos and Danubio
The construction of the beautiful white properties in Los Lagos and Danubio from Patrimi on the top of Las Ramblas is approaching an end. The first phase of a total of 24 homes is almost finished. The same applies for the attractive Danubio apartments overlooking the whole area.

SPAIN CONTINUES reduced VAT on new property for 2012
Tax reduction on new property was made effective last August when the Spanish government decided to cut VAT from 8 percent to 4 percent on all new properties sold until December 31, with the aim of helping clear excess stock of unsold houses.
